"What was there not to love - especially if your salesmans name was Cupid! A dealership that was family oriented (on their side and mine), small enough that you knew most of the staff by first name and efficient with it. Didn't feel like just another number (a duck on the pond), as I did with some of the larger dealerships that I tried. "The staff at Ryde Toyota were very friendly and were extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I. It was not long after we arrived that we had a horde of Toyota staff approaching us to see how they could help us. They were never pushy though , allowing us as much time as we needed to browse and talk among ourselves. They did not forget us though while we browsed, noting the temperature and offering an umbrella for shade and a cold drink and to come back out and look after a break. Cupid was extremely knowledgeable and had valuable opinions that we valued and without them i'm sure we could not have made the best decision for us. Rabih was also very friendly and helped us a lot. We were both a little nervous as this was our first brand new car purchase. Overall our experience was very joyful and stress free. "Should have given this review when they fixed our clutch under warranty after the dealer we bought it from tried to tell us it was 'driver error' & wanted us to pay a bomb. They also fitted us in for a last minute pink slip, and now they've done a great service. (The car is also cleaner than it's been for years!) Staff are friendly, efficient & polite."
