When I collected my car, it was impressively clean, the interior was vacuumed and even the tyres were shining. That level of care really made my day. I highly recommend Dylan, a sales representative. I didn’t buy my car from Dylan, but he helped me out when I ran into an issue caused by the service department. They had told me my car key would be left with sales for collection on Sunday, but when I arrived, it turned out they had completely forgotten about it. After hearing what happened, Dylan didn’t brush me off. He took the initiative to contact the service team, tracked down the keys, and helped me get access to my car, which was locked inside the workshop. This wasn’t his responsibility, and he had nothing to gain from helping me, but he was professional, kind, and genuinely cared. If this is how Dylan treats someone when there’s no sale involved, it says a lot about the level of service you can expect if you choose him as your sales representative.

Took my car for its first service today after years of using another company. Steve , the courtesy driver from Ryde Toyota offered great customer service. He dropped me right to the front door of my office at Rydalmere - driving right into the industrial park when he didnt have to. Felt like a VIP customer! After the car service was completed, he called to say he was on his way and was so quick. I got picked up again from the same spot I got dropped off in the morning. Steve has a super friendly personality and I collected my car with zero hassles. What an asset Steve is to his organisation, keep up the great work, Steve! Glad to return to Ryde Toyota for future ongoing car servicing.

Regretting our decision to buy a new Rav4 from Ryde Toyota. ETA was 25th Dec then it was pushed to 29th Dec. We were then told 2nd of Jan is the new ETA and as of today 3rd Jan we are still waiting for a new ETA. Really disappointing experience so far. Update - while picking up our Rav4 we were given top notch service from Jacub. Great car we are loving it.
